Megastar Amitabh Bachchan took to his blog to share another health update after undergoing surgery recently. The actor expressed his gratitude for all the ‘get well soon’ messages he received from fans. It was only two days back when Big B made it to the headlines for his post on his blog. The actor had written, “medical condition...surgery...can’t write.” Amitabh Bachchan had informed that he is undergoing surgery and in no time, many fans started sending ‘get well soon’ wishes for the actor, wishing his good health.
Amitabh Bachchan took to his official blog and wrote, “thank you for all the concern and the wishes for the medical condition ..” After thanking fans and well-wishers, the actor continued to write, “ eye surgeries at this age are delicate and need precision handling .. the best is being done and one hopes all shall be well ..” He mentioned that he underwent eye surgery and hopes that everything will be well. Big B added, “the sight and the recovery is slow and difficult so if there are typing errors they are to be excused ..” Amitabh Bachchan shared in his blog post that the sight and recovery is slow and hence asked fans to excuse him if there are typing errors. Talking about his eye condition, the actor wrote, “I am seeing three letters for each word and hitting the middle button ..”
Big B then went on to send his love to all his well-wishers and fans. He continued, “progress is slow .. and there is yet anther eye to go .. so its a long haul ..” Amitabh Bachchan also hinted at starting the shooting schedule of his next film. He mentioned that the new film is with Vikas Bahl and is tentatively titled Goodbye. He wrote, “hoping of course that it all gets well in time for my schedule which begins in a few .. the new film with Vikas Bahl, tentatively titled ‘GoodBye’ ..” Thanking all the fans once again, the Gulabo Sitabo actor said, “Its an emotional moment for me to receive the concern and wishes from all the Ef and the friends around .. I never expect it .. and when it comes its overwhelming .. “ He thanked everyone and mentioned he is ‘deeply touched’.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan has films Jhund and Chehre releasing in theatres anytime soon. He also has Brahmastra co-starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the pipeline.
